NON-UNION BENEFITS
Jameson Roofing’s benefit programs address both the immediate and long-term
needs for our employees and their families. Benefits are effective after 90 days of
employment. Employees must be non-union and full-time (30 or more average
hours) to participate. The following is a summary of the benefits Jameson Roofing
offers to our non-union employees:

Medical Insurance
Jameson Roofing offers medical plan options through United HealthCare and BCBS. All medical insurance plans include Prescription Drug coverage. The Prescription Drug plans vary depending on medical insurance plan chosen.
Dental Insurance
Jameson Roofing offers two dental plan options. Both plans offer comprehensive dental care and include orthodontia coverage for children. The costs are shared 50/50 with the employee.
Vision Insurance
Vision coverage is provided by Vision Service Plan (VSP). Vision coverage allows employees to receive eye exams, glasses and contact lenses at low co-payments or discounts. The costs are shared 50/50 with the employee.
Life Insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD & D) Coverage
Jameson Roofing provides employees with a Basic Life and AD & D insurance benefit. The basic life benefit is 1 times your annual earnings up to a maximum benefit of $150,000. In addition, employees may elect optional life insurance benefits for themselves, spouses and children.
Disability Insurance
Short Term Disability (STD)
An employee who becomes disabled due to pregnancy, injury or illness may be eligible for up to 25 weeks of Short Term Disability (STD) benefits. The coverage is administered through The Hartford. STD benefits are provided at no cost to the employee.
Long Term Disability (LTD)
Jameson Roofing provides employees with Long Term Disability (LTD) coverage equal to 60% of your base earnings. LTD benefits begin after STD coverage is exhausted. Long Term Disability benefits are provided at no cost to the employee.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
The EAP is our confidential counseling and referral service. Through the EAP, you and your immediate family members can get help with a wide range of personal issues, including grief and loss, stress management, legal issues and more.
401(K)
Jameson Roofing employees are eligible to participate in our 401(k) plan administered by Empower.
Time Off
All full time employee earn vacation and personal/sick time on an annual basis. After 3 years of full time employment you are entitled to 3 weeks of paid time off. Jameson Roofing also provides 6 paid holidays after 90 days of employment.
